Scope
This quality policy applies to all activities of Taalenta Inteleksia®, including but not limited to:
- planning and developing training programmes,
- preparing materials, modules, and learning tools,
- running online and/or offline classes,
- communication, participant service, and complaint handling,
- working with instructors, facilitators, vendors, and partners,
- internal operational processes that support service quality.
Quality Principles
We maintain quality through the following principles:
- Participant-centred Putting participants’ needs, context, and learning experience first in every programme decision.
- Clarity of information Communicating programme information clearly and consistently, including learning objectives, schedules, methods, terms, and service mechanisms.
- Well-organised delivery Running an orderly workflow so programmes proceed smoothly, with minimal miscommunication and clear traceability.
- Continuous improvement Using data and feedback to improve programme quality over time.
- Compliance and ethics Operating with integrity, prioritising the interests of the public and of service users, and complying with applicable provisions.
Service Quality Commitments
To put the principles above into practice, Taalenta Inteleksia® commits to:
1) Programme Design
- Setting clear learning objectives for every programme.
- Structuring material in a logical, easy-to-follow sequence.
- Working to keep material relevant to participants’ needs and to evolving practice in the field.
2) Class Delivery
- Maintaining orderly delivery (run-down, access mechanism, facilitator attendance, and communication channels).
- Providing adequate technical guidance so participants can follow the class comfortably.
- Managing schedule or technical changes transparently and communicatively.
3) Instructors and Facilitators
- Selecting instructors/facilitators based on relevant competence and the ability to deliver the material.
- Encouraging clear delivery that respects participants and upholds teaching ethics.
- Documenting delivery feedback to improve subsequent programmes.
4) Participant Service
- Providing service channels for questions, technical issues, and administration.
- Handling complaints promptly, in an orderly manner, and with a focus on solutions.
- Keeping communication courteous, clear, and non-misleading.
5) Evaluation and Improvement
- Collecting participant feedback (for example through surveys, evaluation forms, or class notes).
- Reviewing delivery findings to improve material, methods, and service.
- Setting realistic, measurable follow-up actions in line with team capacity.
Control of Documents and Records
To maintain consistency and accountability, we work to ensure:
- programme documents are updated whenever there is a material change,
- concise records of programme delivery are kept (schedule, changes, evaluation),
- internal documents are retained in line with operational needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Management: ensuring the quality policy is understood, applied, and reviewed periodically.
- Programme and operations team: ensuring delivery standards, documentation, and service follow the guidelines.
- Instructors/facilitators: maintaining the quality of delivery, healthy interaction, and teaching ethics.
- Partners/vendors: following the standards of work quality and communication agreed in the shared workspace.
Policy Review
This quality policy is reviewed periodically, at least once every 12 months, or sooner where there is a significant change to services, organisational structure, or relevant provisions.
